Common Grades of Inconel and Their Properties: Inconel 600 Flanges : Composition: Approximately 72% Nickel, 14-17% Chromium, 6-10% Iron. Properties: Excellent resistance to oxidation and corrosion at high temperatures, good mechanical properties, and good workability. Applications: Furnace components, chemical processing equipment, and nuclear reactors. Inconel 601 Flanges : Composition: Approximately 60-63% Nickel, 21-25% Chromium, 1.0-1.7% Aluminum, balance Iron.
