Information Inconel Flanges & all Grades

High-performance flanges manufactured of nickel-chromium-based superalloys noted for their exceptional resistance to oxidation and corrosion, particularly at elevated temperatures, are called Inconel flanges. Numerous demanding industries, including power generating, chemical processing, and aerospace, use these flanges. Common Grades of Inconel and Their Properties: Inconel 600 Flanges : Composition: Approximately 72% Nickel, 14-17% Chromium, 6-10% Iron. Properties: Excellent resistance to oxidation and corrosion at high temperatures, good mechanical properties, and good workability. Applications: Furnace components, chemical processing equipment, and nuclear reactors. Inconel 601 Flanges : Composition: Approximately 60-63% Nickel, 21-25% Chromium, 1.0-1.7% Aluminum, balance Iron. Properties: Outstanding oxidation resistance at high temperatures, good carburization resistance, and high mechanical strength. Applications: Industrial furnaces, heat-treating equipment, gas-tur...
